Our chicken is locally sourced from northern Alabama. It is pasture raised with absolutely no hormones or injections. It is all natural and clean from start to finish. We start with the full chickens and break them down into all the cuts you love: spatchcock, airline breast, whole wing, even wingettes & our favorite: boneless skin on breast. We even make our own bone broth!
